Click on the Profile logo and you can register your account by giving your email address and password.

Also, when you order the items and successfully checkout your cart, it will ask to create an account.

If you are trying to login but you don’t remember your password, please do not worry. You can go to Forget Password and give your email address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Login to your account and go to My Account and then Account Details. You can edit your details.

Login to your account and go to My Account and  then to Addresses. You can edit or update your billing and shipping addresses.

Login to your account and go to My account and then to Wishlist. You can view your favourite items or Wishlist and also share to your social media account.

Shopping Basics

Login to your account and go to My account and then to Orders. You can view your previous orders and if you wish to do the same order again, you can click on the order and Order again.

If you would like to change the order after the order has been made, you can contact the support team here and check the status.

If you would like to change the order after the order has been made, you can contact the support team HERE.

However, you cannot change the order details after the order has been out for delivery.

If you would like to cancel the order, you can contact the support team HERE. However, once your order has been out for delivery, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Shipping & Returns

Khaing Collection offers only 3 delivery options in Singapore:

  1. SingPost Service
    • 3$ for small Items
    • 5$ for medium size items
    • 10$ for Large size items
  2. Express Delivery (Same Day) – 20$
    (*Only for in-stock items)
  3. Self Pickup – FREE

* All orders are currently available for Singapore only.
* Free Delivery above 200$ above
* Please note that delivery time might be affected during the promotion period.

Unfortunately, we are not able to redirect the order once the order has been shipped. 

You please make sure to provide the correct delivery address. You need to check carefully when you provide your shipping address.

We like you to love your purchase from Khaing Collection. 

However, if you are dissatisfied with the items from us, you can return it within 7-days after your order has been made.

– The items are in original condition, with the original packaging and original tags.

– Due to hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on cotton clothings unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent to you.

– There will be thorough inspection if all returned items are in their original condition when we receive your returned items.

– We will return the items back to you at your cost if the returns are not met with our policy after inspection.

We don’t ship internationally at this moment. Khaing Collection is only shipping inside Singapore only.

Payments

We accept only PayLah & Paypal for this moment.

We only accept Singapore Dollars (SGD).

The local sales tax (7% GST) is automatically applied to your order due to Singapore’s tax regulations. There will not be hidden costs upon delivery.

Khaing Collection does not accept tax refunds for purchases from us.
